Refund & Replacement Policy
All replacement shall be made within 7 days of delivery of the Device. Please note refund is applicable only in case where Gorenovare is unable to ship the product due to non-serviceable pin code list.
Replacement shall be accepted only if:
the product received is in damaged / broken or faulty condition.
if wrong product is delivered.
Note: The above-mentioned conditions shall be verified on a video call by our technical support. Once it is verified the replacement shall be initiated after the pickup of the product.
It will take minimum of 7-15 business days for the replacement to be completed.
No Replacement will be initiated if the days exceed more than 7 days after the delivery date of the product, moreover Device will be covered under repair warranty as per Warranty policy* on website.
Unboxing Video is mandatory to avail replacement against Broken Units
