  • Refurbished laptops are used or returned items that have been restored to full functionality, while new laptops are sold in their original condition with no previous owners. The main differences might be cosmetic wear or a shorter warranty period, but the performance and features are typically the same.

Do refurbished laptops come with a warranty?

What condition are refurbished laptops in?

Refurbished laptops come in different grades, which determine their condition:
  • Grade Excellent: 100% Functionally Ok. Excellent condition with no sign of usage , just like new 
  • Grade Good : 100% Functionally Ok. Good condition with minor sign of usage 

Can I upgrade or customize a refurbished laptop?

  • Many refurbished laptops can be upgraded or customized with additional memory (RAM), storage, or even upgraded components like a better battery or graphics card.

Yes, every order will come with an invoice. It will be included with the package or sent to you via email after the order is processed and shipped.

How long do I have to request a replacement for a defective laptop?

  • Our standard warranty period for refurbished laptops is typically 7 days from the day of receipt. Requests for replacements must be made within this period. Refer to our Replacement policy for more details 

Will I receive a brand new laptop as a replacement?

  • In most cases, you will receive another refurbished laptop that has been fully tested and restored to like-new condition. While it may not be brand new, it will meet the same performance standards as a promised. 

Do I need to return the defective laptop to receive a replacement?

  • Yes, typically, you will need to return the defective laptop before we can process the replacement. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for returning the product.

What is the process for requesting a replacement for my refurbished laptop?
